Sulfate-Free Shampoos

If all these names are hardly to keep in mind, just remember one word - sulfate and avoid it. There may be an abbreviation in English such as SLS, SLES or simply LS, LES in the compositiom. They are also sulfates or sulfate-containing surfactants. It is a way to hide real names of surfactants.Shampoos with such compositions should not be bought, since sulfates irritate the skin, cause itching, dandruff and allergic reactions.
It is desirable to read the whole composition, since there are manufacturers who are in the first place write a large amount of extracts, oils and somewhere in the end or in the middle indicate a detergent composition.
And the last advice, try not to buy shampoo in which a huge amount of oils. It's unlikely that such a shampoo will wash your hair!
